2009 Coordinated Election Information

On January 12, 2009, the El Paso County Board of Commissioners approved that the November 3, 2009 Coordinated Election shall be conducted by mail ballot.

For the November 2009 Mail Ballot Election, all active registered voters will receive a ballot by mail. In addition, a mail ballot will be mailed to all registered electors whose registration record has been marked as inactive for failure to vote.

If you have provided our office with a mailing address, the ballot will be mailed to that address. If you don't have a mailing address on file, the ballot will be mailed to your residential address.

If you will be at an address other than your mailing or residential address during this election, you may request, in writing, a mail-in ballot. The link to the mail-in ballot application is below.

To check your voter information, select the Voter Registration Look-up link at http://car.elpasoco.com/Election.

All ballots will be mailed approximately 22 days prior to November 3rd.

The last day to register to vote in the November Coordinated Election is Monday, October 5, 2009. All questions may be directed to (719) 575-VOTE (8683).
