Where noted, Microsoft Excel or other commonly used spreadsheet information may be provided. Please refer to the standardization format page for other requirements. Failure to follow the standardization format may result in the rejection of your reports. To ensure uniformity, El Paso County is providing Disclosure forms prepared by the Secretary of State's Office. Filers that are required to file with the El Paso County Clerk & Recorder may either file those reports manually, or electronically. Forms that are required to be filed with the Clerk & Recorder's Office can be mailed to: Election Department, PO Box 2007, Colorado Springs, CO 80901 or faxed to (719) 520-7327. If forms are faxed, the hard copy report must be received in this office within 7 days. The information provided in the Fair Campaign Practices Reports are public records and will be posted on the Clerk & Recorder's website.
