Fair Campaign Practices Act (FCPA)
IMPORTANT: Effective July 1, 2009, all reports must be filed electronically using the Colorado Department of State's web-based electronic filing system. This requirement will not apply to those reports which have fewer than five (5) entries and for extenuating circumstances. A copy of this policy is outlined in the link below.

If you are filing your FCPA Discloser Reports manually the FCPA Disclosure Reporting Forms are provided in either Word or PDF format. If you file your FCPA Discloser Report manually it must have less than five (5) entries or the committee has applied for and received a hardship exception prior to the filing deadline. You may mail your manual report to El Paso County Clerk & Recorder, PO Box 2007, Colorado Springs, CO 80901, or you may fax your report to (719) 520-7327; if you fax your report you must submit the original copy to our office within 7 business days.
