As of January 1, 2010, the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office will handle all campaign finance across the state. Forms will no longer be filed at the county level. House Bill 09-1357 can be accessed at the link below.

The Colorado Secretary of State’s new campaign finance online filing system, TRACER, launched on January 4, 2010, and will replace the current online filing system. All campaign and political finance reports will be filed electronically using the new system. Paper filings will no longer be accepted.
