This form is NOT interactive so you will need to print it and fill in the necessary information. Completed applications may be mailed to the following address: ELECTION DEPARTMENT, EL PASO COUNTY CLERK & RECORDER, PO BOX 2007, COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, 80901-2007. Please note that the form must contain an original signature for the registration to be valid.

DO NOT USE THIS FORM FOR VOTER REGISTRATION DRIVES!

Any persons conducting a Voter Registration Drive may use the Colorado – Voter Registration Drive Application provided by the Secretary of State or the National Mail Voter Registration Form.  Because the National Mail Voter Registration Form does not include a tear off receipt, the applicant and the VRD are afforded greater protection when the Colorado – Voter Registration Drive Application is used. 	Colorado - Change in Voter Registration Information Form If you are currently registered to vote, you may use this form to change your residence address, mailing address, name or party affiliation. If you are not currently registered to vote, do not use this form.
