CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WOODMEN HILLS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
EL PASO COUNTY, COLORADO
The El Paso County Clerk & Recorder’s office calls for the nomination of candidates for Board of Directors to be placed on the recall election ballot for the recall election to be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 in the Woodmen Hills Metropolitan District.
A person who desires to be a candidate for this office shall file a written Self-Nomination and Acceptance Form or a letter with the El Paso County Clerk & Recorders office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2009.
The forms are available by selecting the link below or in the downtown office of the Clerk & Recorder at 200 S. Cascade Ave., Colorado Springs, CO 80903 during regular business hours. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday.
Completed forms may be submitted Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the downtown Clerk & Recorder’s office and on Fridays at the Chapel Hills Branch office located at 1710 Briargate Boulevard, Suite 350 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. An outside entrance is located on the north side of the mall next to JCPenney.
