El Paso County Commissioner Districts

The El Paso County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) is comprised of five members who represent separate districts. The five Commissioner Districts are regulated by law to be nearly equal in population, with a deviation of no more than 1 – 2%. This is based off U.S. Census data for population, not registered voters.

The boundaries for each district may be redrawn every two years (or longer) in odd-numbered years, when changes in population create a deviation that exceeds 2%.  The archived maps below are previous Commissioner Districts and have been redrawn.
