REFUND POLICY
Our office has a 30-day refund policy on ownership tax paid in error. If you have paid your ownership taxes in error - you have 30 days to apply for a refund. Further questions may be answered by contacting the Motor Vehicle Department via email at carweb@elpasoco.com.
