This form is NOT interactive so you will need to print it and fill in the necessary information. Completed applications may be mailed to the following address: ELECTION DEPARTMENT, EL PASO COUNTY CLERK & RECORDER, PO BOX 2007, COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, 80901-2007. Please note that the form must contain an original signature for the registration to be valid.

DO NOT USE THIS FORM FOR VOTER REGISTRATION DRIVES!

Any persons conducting a Voter Registration Drive may use the Colorado – Voter Registration Drive Application provided by the Secretary of State or the National Mail Voter Registration Form.  Because the National Mail Voter Registration Form does not include a tear off receipt, the applicant and the VRD are afforded greater protection when the Colorado – Voter Registration Drive Application is used.
