In an effort to make payments more convenient, all El Paso County Clerk & Recorder offices can now accept credit cards as payment and will also continue to accept cash and personal checks.

The Clerk & Recorder now accepts all major credit cards.

A 2.7% Portal Administration Fee per C.R.S. 29-11-103 will be assessed. This fee is non-refundable and is not retained by El Paso County.

No Portal Administration Fee is assessed on transactions totaling less than $10.00.

No Portal Administration Fee on cash or traditional check transactions.
