Sandy Hook, Manager Sandy has served as Recording Department Manager since joining the Clerk & Recorder’s Office in August 2003. Sandy’s prior career was in the corporate world at Ingersoll-Rand Company, where she was employed 23 years. There, she held the positions of Customer Service Supervisor, Claims Processing Manager and Senior Credit Analyst. Previously, Sandy also worked for seven years as a counselor with two psychological counseling centers in the Nashville area. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Tennessee State University. Sandy resides with her husband, Rich, and three dogs. In her spare time she enjoys swimming, reading and target shooting.
