RECORDING FEES
Please note: New copy fees became effective 08/03/2007 with passage of Senate Bill 07-045.
The following fees are charged for submitting documents for recording and obtaining copies of records. Effective September 1, 2002, CRS 30-10-421 initiated a $1.00 surcharge on each document received for recording. Please contact the Recording Department at (719) 520-6200 or via email at recweb@elpasoco.com with any questions.
Please note the return mail address needs to be located on the front of the document.
