The County Clerk & Recorder, who serves as Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners, has been the custodian of records and documents for the Board of County Commissioners since 1868:

  The Clerk to the Board prepares the agendas for Board meetings held each Tuesday and Thursday (Thursdays only July - August), coordinating items with County officials and departments.

• Indexed Audio of Board Meetings
  Audio indexed by comments by Elected Officials, public comments, Department and Committee Report topics, and each agenda item is available via this link. Audio and audio/visual duplications (cassettes, CDs and DVDs) may be purchased by contacting staff. Through a partnership with the Pikes Peak Library District, Board meetings are aired Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:00 p.m. on Comcast Channel 17 (Fridays only during July and August).
• Minutes 
  The unofficial Results include all main votes and outcomes, direction by consensus and from the Chair, public comments, Department or Committee Report topics, and purposes for holding Executive Sessions and outcomes. • Liquor License Applications (unincorporated El Paso County)
  The Clerk to the Board reviews and processes liquor license applications considered by the Board sitting as the Local Licensing Authority. For most commonly asked questions and answers, visit Colorado Department of Revenue Liquor Enforcement Division. 
• Medical Marijuana License Applications (unincorporated El Paso County)
